Thats why wed put those rules. Pay up b4 leaving. It would help keep order and help in donations

Am I missing something here? We want to limit people farming hb cause others cant... wow sounds like socialism; punish those that can due to hard work and financial capability?

So by them leaving others can rank higher during bb, therefore rewarding those that leave

Next. How the heck does this hurt the guild. We have very talented players who can do this do we want to risk losing them because of our controlling what they csn, and can't do?

Quite frankly I think this is ridiculous. If someone is whining because they can't farm bb, then own it and get better. Or just be proud we have such strong players.

Hey guys. We can't stop people from joining or leaving, it's their personal choice. We are a top 4 guild so whoever wants to be a part of it, should be honored and those who want to leave it's their loss.
Getting 1K HB just for participating isn't good for anyone.
We should let them decide but as Insta said we can ask them to make a donation as soon as they join to get ourselves covered.

I agree with Epheus. If you want to finish in top 10 and earn shed load of HB everytime, then work on your heroes make them stronger

Everyone needs HB. When ppl leave the guild to farm on their own, they open up a slot for the next person in line to earn HB from our daily Boss Battles. I've personally have noticed my placement increases when other members such as TP, Strongdong, Ledi are absent.

I've also got a theory that if everyone can get up to the point where they can farm on their own...it only adds might to our guild as a whole. Ive also noticed that members who have left and come back in the past have barely failed to come up with the weekly minimum. some players whos have left and come back have even donated more in a week than some others' KOL career. Just saying. If we all get stronger that means we well can move on to the legend boss in the near future.

we may need to implement a system where we can change up our roster in terms of boss battles. lets see what the rest of the guild has to say first..

Y. Again wth dies it hurt and y should they have to be satisfied. See how long we stay top 5 if we put restrictions on our best players BECAUSE they are our best and only want to improve
